Rainbowing's back and i'm using oekaki no longer. I did like oekaki but i needed more tools D=
I am now using GIMP and will be redesigning all my characters  did poor job on colouring but im not familiar with the tools. Comments very appreciated PLEASE FULL SCREEN ^^ |
